- Date of Arrival and date of Departure. |
| B. A deposit of 25% of total rental must be paid to assure booking. |

Once we have received the deposit a receipt will be issued and a confirmation letter will be mailed or faxed to you with full instructions on how to arrive. | |
| C. Payment of the Balance on arrival. |

| A security deposit of € 250 is also requested upon arrival. This is to cover any breakages or damage to the property. This deposit will be returned to you on departure minus, breakages or damages. |

| E. Arrivals and Departures. |

Minimun rental period is one week.
Rentals normally start and end on Saturdays.
Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm and leave before 10 am. on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. |
| F. Number of Persons. |

| The number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping places. |
| G. Starter Kit |
|
We will be happy to provide you with a starter kit so you don't have to worry about food shopping on arrival.
The starter kit will be sufficient for dinner and breakfast.
Cost of this service is € 30 per couple. |
